About 17 years ago when I start the Coffee Warehouse, there was a young ex ski instructor who was starting to sell coffee machines which were the famous and amazing Rocket Giotto! His name was Charles Stevens and his company is the very successful Espresso Company Australia.
Well, 17 years on and many coffee machines later, they have made many improvements on the original design. The tech department in Italy keeps on putting the home barista first in their planning and development of their domestic coffee machine range. This can be seen firsthand in the new Giotto Tipo V which is being released this May here in Australia.
