1. How do you store coffee?
There are three schools of thought on this-
a. In an airtight container in a cool, dark place
b. In the fridge in an airtight container
c. In the freezer in an airtight containers
All these methods are acceptable. Air and light are the two main factors in coffee deterioration.2. How hot should the water be?
When pouring onto ground coffee - let the water boil and then rest a minute or two before pouring. Boiling water tends to burn coffee and therefore ruin the taste.3. How much coffee should I use in a plunger?
